Current Requests
1. Pray for The Garden Community Church, including the planting work of the Kurz family as they strive to develop a strong core group and seek opportunities for church members to connect with the unchurched in the city.

2. Pray for Gallery Church Baltimore:
* More than 400 volunteers on ten teams will travel from all over the country to assist the church this summer. Pray that God will grant strength and safety for teams, churches and volunteers involved.
* Pray that the church will find several venues to worship in.
* Pray that the church starting team will live “with their armor on” to say and do things only in God's Will as they begin ministering to the community.

3. Clear vision and direction for potential church planters.

4. Effective follow-up to 2008 summer events.

5. Encouragement for pastors to keep up the momentum of a great 2008 so far as we plan for 2009.

6. The national Faith in Action campaign October 10-12.

7. Catch the Vision tours and new partners.

8. That God will lead people to Embrace to fill two much-needed positions of Communications Associate (US/C2 missionary) and Church Starting Associate (or intern).

9. Protection from the enemy for all Embrace Baltimore staff members and their families.

10. That our local churches will continue to develop and implement their evangelism strategies for 2008.

11. That God will give His vision and mission to our pastors to make a spiritual change in their neighborhoods to reach the lost.

12. That a Spiritual Awakening will begin to raise up within the hearts of the people in Baltimore churches and that God will give them a heartache for the lost in Baltimore.

13. That God will blaze the trail before us as we go into Baltimore neighborhoods and that the hearts of the people are readied for the Good News of Jesus Christ.
